Product: HP Officejet 6700 all in one printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to download the printer software on my computer.  I figured out I needed from the Microsoft store the HP Smart app.  However, I am unable to download it as it says I own it but I cant find it in the search.  It just says it is pending.  Please help!  Thanks in advance.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,  I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:  
Normally, the download is available in the Windows Store and the download operation is fully handled by Windows. You could try resetting the Windows Store:

  • Windows key > all apps > Cntrl F (search) wsreset
  • Click on wsreset - run as administrator

And, also you need to install the Full Feature Software for the printer: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/hp-officejet-6700-premium-e-all-in-one-pr...
