I have a HP Zbook Power G7 laptop and I am trying to get a new Dymo LabelManager PNP printer to work. When I plug the printer in it shows as Drive F: but nothing happens and eventually it disappears.
Any advice would be welcome.

You need to install the Dymo driver. Look here.
I might also suggest that you prevent windows from managing your printers. If you try to print a word document and the last printer you used was a label printer, windows will send the job to the label printer instead of the default printer if you are not careful. This happened to me and I had to unplug my label printer to stop it.
