macOS 10.15 Catalina

I have just brought a new Envoy pro 6432 printer. I have installed it to my MacBook and initially couldn't not print in colour at all. I have removed the printer and reinstalled selecting AirPrint, which seems to have sorted printing in colour from /safari but still I can't get PFD files to print in colour??

@Andrew_William1, Welcome to HP Support Community!

What happens when you print the PDF using the preview app?

Ensure that the printer is up to date with its firmware and Mac is up to date with its software. If you are unsure you may use the links below to update the printer firmware and Mac software:

Update software on Mac

You can also completely uninstall Acrobat Reader. Go to Adobe website, download and install Acrobat Reader DC. Try printing.

Let me know the outcome.
