I have an hp 6950 printer
I changed to original ink
I cleaned the printer 3 times
When I send the print
The printer acts as if it is printing normally and that everything is fine
But it does not eject the ink
That is, it does not actually print
A white page comes out
What can I do?
I have a problem with my printer

Hi @dana1pitaro,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
I understand your HP OfficeJet 6950 is producing blank pages even after installing original HP ink and running multiple cleanings. Let’s try a few steps to fix them:
1. Check Ink Cartridge Venting
- Remove the cartridges and inspect the vent area (small hole on top).
- If there's orange tape still covering the vent, remove it.
- Use a pin to gently clear any clogged vent.
2. Run a Printhead Cleaning Again
- From the printer control panel or HP Smart app:
- Go to Settings > Printer Maintenance > Clean Printhead.
- Run the cleaning up to 3 times, with a test page after each.
3. Print a Diagnostic Page
- On the printer, go to:
- Settings > Reports > Print Quality Report.
- If this page is also blank, the issue is likely with the printhead or ink flow.
4. Check Ink Levels
- Use the HP Smart app or printer screen to confirm that ink levels are not low or empty.
5. Update Firmware
- Visit the HP OfficeJet 6950 All-in-One Printer series Software and Driver Downloads | HP® Support Drivers Page and install the latest firmware for Windows 11.
6. Reset the Printer
- With the printer on, unplug the power cord from the back.
- Wait 60 seconds.
- Plug it back in and turn it on.
I hope this helps.
Take care, and have an amazing day!
