I have bought the printer hp7520 online without set up cartridges I have inserted other original hp cartridges but the message on the screen is use set up cartridges. Please help me in this regard.

photosmart 7520 printer was sitting for 5 years after being used for two printing tasks only.  now the ink has dried and the print head is clogged.  I bought a new print head (identical part#) and it won't see the new print head.

Also the on screen doesn't allow access with the new print head in place.  I tried forcing the printer to update the software but every time it fails.  the wifi is connected and I can access it via my home net.  Its as if the web site no longer exists that it is reaching out for?
