Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

I purchased an Envoy Photo Printer and have connected and set it up.  All functions appear to be working except one---the 2 sided to 2 sided option for copying does not show up on the screen.  What do I need to do?

Hi @Bobby2Dale,

 

I'd like to help!

 

I understand you are tryingto  make two sided copies.

 

The printer does not support 2 sided orginal and 2 sided copy.

 

Printer supports

    • 1 orginal  to 1 sided copy

    • 1 orginal to 2 sided copy

You may refer to printer's user guide.
