We recently updated our wifi routers to be able to reach further distances at high speed around the business. When this took place, it wreaked havoc on the printer and now I am unable to print to it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and every time it reinstalls with unavailable drivers. I have searched high and low on HP's website trying to find out how to just install these things manually because HP Smart App is not helping at all. Not to mention the lack of ability to reach a human through HP's help desk..
