HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-in-One Printer

I keep getting a message on my printer that says" there is a problem with your HP account and you will be unable to print soon unless it is resolved". I log into my account and there are no problems showing. I have downloaded the scan doctor, no help. I have restarted my printer, no help. Did a virtual chat, absolutely no help. Can someone please tell me how to fix this??

Hi @Holiday_2213

Welcome to the HP support community.

I understand you're experiencing an issue with your HP device, and I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I'm here to help you today.

This message typically occurs if there's an issue with your HP Instant Ink subscription or account verification, even if it doesn’t show in your account summary. Here are some steps that may help resolve it:

Update Printer Firmware: Ensure your printer’s firmware is up-to-date. Sometimes, an outdated firmware can trigger account-related warnings. You can do this via the HP Smart app or by visiting HP’s support page for the OfficeJet Pro 9015e.

Re-sign in to HP Account on Printer:

On the printer’s control panel, navigate to the Settings > HP Account section.
Sign out of your HP account and then sign back in. This can refresh the connection between your printer and HP’s services.
Check Instant Ink Subscription:

Go to the HP Instant Ink account page and ensure there are no pending issues (e.g., payment verification or shipment delays).
Disable/Re-enable Web Services:

On the printer, go to Setup > Web Services > Remove Web Services. Confirm the removal and then re-enable it by selecting Setup > Web Services > Enable Web Services. This action resets cloud-related services and often clears account notifications.

I hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Please click “Accepted Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.
