This is a peer to peer forum. I do not have any phone numbers for you to call and typically any phone numbers you see on this forum are posted by scammers and the numbers are deleted (hopefully) as soon as they are discovered.

How to contact an HP agent:
Sign in to your support page
Select the product you need help with and scroll down to support options.
Select "Contact us". You can change country and language if necessary.

If you are out of warranty, you might consider asking Microsoft's Copilot for advice. Be sure to identify your product, what the problem is, and ask for videos.
There is also HP smart friend but Copilot is not restricted on answering certain questions.

You probably should register with HP's CarePack to obtain email and phone number support

For general help for new router or printer please refer to this article in our printer database.

Please provide the exact model name of the printer for better assistance as I may be able to find videos to show how to connect or fix the problem. A printer can be a PRO or a PLUS or have the letter 'e' after the number and that can make a big difference. Some printers with the same number ID could be a LaserJet, Deskjet, or Officejet.

I have filled out the form for a live agent.  However, the SUBMIT button does not submit.   When I run trouble shoot, it shows driver issue not fixed.

Strange ----  Possibly there is a popup blocker or privacy setting that prevents the submit button from working.  I am just guessing.

Try a different browse: Firefox, Edge, Chrome or try a different PC or smartphone's browser.
