I’m trying to find out if it was you, the real hP I was in contact with yesterday or was I scammed out of $310. I pulled up HP.com on my Mac. . They had control of it for over 2 hours trying to set up my HP Envy 6055 printer. Finally they said the printer was bad and they had to send me a new one. However they did not want me to return the one I have. They said I had to have a $310 firewall before they could hook up my printer. I had been told I did not need a firewall protection on my Mac. Help me please.
