Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I just received this printer as a gift and I can't get it to connect and the website doesn't provide any useful guidance. I have attempted to use the virtual assistant multiple times. There apparently is no way to contact a human. I have spent hours searching online and I can't get any specific answers. Therefore, I will return the printer and look for another brand.

After a week of frustration, I boxed up printer and returned it. My solution will have to be a product from a company with some reachable customer support. I don't generally need customer support on computers and electronics, but it sure is annoying when I do and it's not available. BTW I had a laser pro m15w, I think. I could never get it to connect wirelessly. I don't have a disc drive anymore on my computer and looking up the model on your site just said "no drivers available". I eventually was able to download a driver from the Apple store. Then it couldn't connect to 5 g only 2.4 g. The site said 5 g was possible and maybe it would have been an easy fix, but after a week of frustration, I didn't feel like waiting/looking anymore.
