My printer gave problems when I replaced a new HP cartridge. So, I uninstalled the printer from my PC Lenovo Thinkstation S30. Then I tried reinstalling the printer back again, and I get the message, "cannot delete output file". I don't understand this. The installation software I used was:- "hp_LJP1100_P1560_P1600_Full_Solution-v20180815-50157036". Pl. help.
Thank you,
Siva

Thanks Sandy for your solution to my problem. As advised I uninstalled the drive at the root level and thereafter I downloaded and installed the printer driver, and this worked wonderfully for me. Thank you for your valuable guidance.

Hi Sandy,
This printer belongs to my daughter, and she asked me to solve this. The printer is about 4 yrs. old. About two years ago problem started. The prints were no good. She put this printer aside all these days, and brought it to me about a week ago asking me to look at it. I cleaned the cartridges and still the prints are masked within lines of streaks in various colors. Any advise or solution.
Thanks
NSiva.
