I want to install driver, frimware, anything to connect my Printer and I cant do it

HP Recommended
Example: HP 5200 all in one
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Been trying to install drivers (per the HP Doctor program).  Here's what's happening

1.  I downloaded the HP Doctor

2.  Goes through the motion but during the last step, it want me to register...I already did.  I click close and it congratulates on my successful install...still cant printe...drivers not available.

3.  I downloaded Basic Driver

4.  See 2 above

5.  I downloaded the firm ware...I get a pop-up box (see the attached photo) but I can't click on the checkbox next to my printer.

6.  **bleep**?HP_error.png

7.  I just want to install the software and drivers to print...Please, someone help.

Hi,

The picture above is the firmware and not the driver, it doesn't allow selecting your printer as your printer firmware is already up to date.

Try following below version of the HP Print and Scan Doctor Utility by selecting your printer and check if you may see any difference then:

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/patches/HPPSdr.exe

Be sure to restart your PC and allow the utility to complete the process, then check for any difference.

Try printing and check for any change, if the same remains try printing using the newly added print queue copy and check.

I downloaded and ran the HP Print Doctor (that's how I got the firmware and drivers) and it's still not loading (Shows that program is not installed).  I am about to give up here.
