Hp Stream 11

I currently have an HP Stream 11. My laptop will not connect to the internet  no WiFi.  I've gone to the device manager network adapters. It has 8 different mini ports, each saying that they are working properly. Don't know what to do. It's driving me crazy.. should I reset the whole laptop to factory? Anyone that can help me????

Are you able to go online using the Ethernet?

 

Do you have other devices connected to your Network?

 

Meantime I suggest you reinstall the Wireless driver from Device Manager

 

- Open Device Manager, right-click the wireless driver and select Uninstall. Restart your Notebook and Windows will attempt to reinstall the driver.
