I cannot set up my printer.  I have a Windows 7 computer.    My touchscreen on the printer says "to complete setup get HP software at 123.hp.com" My blue light is not on --I have a ? at the bottom right of the screen. If I touch the ? it takes me to a screen which gives me the option of "cancel" or "continue" I have touched "continue" and it sends me to the previous screen. I have opened 123.hp.com and have followed instructions to click on the windows 7 set up. but I get "Hmm. I cannot find" the file. Can someone walk me through the setup process?

@tjrusmc6, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I understand you are trying to install the printer on your computer. Let us try these steps:

As the blue light is off, it means the wireless radio is off. To connect the printer to the wireless network,

On the printer screen, go to Setup > Network Setup > Restore network settings

Go back to Network > Wireless > Wireless setup wizard and select your network.

  • Make sure the printer and the computer are connected to the same wireless network. Either 2.4 or 5GHz network.
  • If you have a Dual-band router and both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks share the same name/SSID, the printer will not be able to connect to the network. In this case, contact your Internet service provider to assign different names to both the networks.

Once connected, click here to download the HP Full-feature driver.

Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and follow the on-screen instructions.

Try printing.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
