Impossible d'éteindre l'imprimante

Bonjour,

Impossible d'éteindre l'imprimante. Voici le message Ne pas éteindre l'imprimante. "Le système d'impression est en cours d'initialisation et ne doit pas être interrompu."

J'ai réinstallé plusieurs fois les fichiers d'installation.

L'imprimante est bien reconnue par mon ordinateur.

J'ai débranché et rebranché mon routeur.

Est ce que ça peut être une incompatabilité entre Windows 8 et l'imprimante ?

Merci de votre aide.

 If this message is on the screen of the printer it has nothing to do with drivers. For whatever reason the printer believes that it has not gone through the out of box initialization. If this is a new printer, it may have been interrupted during the startup process, which can take up to 20 minutes or more. If this was a previously working printer, it is possible that the configuration was corrupted, which can happen from incidents like power surges or brownouts.
