Info light stays on a hp deskjet 4155e. Everything works fine no issue printing wireless or remotely or by email. BUT ITS ANNOYING LIGHT! I don't think its supposed to stay on unless I can't print. I said everything is working, just explain to me how to remove this light without unplug and replug in which I already did that method. SMH rn hp do better.

I understand that the information light is on.

Information button: Prints out a printer information page on its current status.

Information light: If the light is blinking in white and the Wi-Fi Direct icon on the display is blinking fast at the same time, press the Information button to confirm a connection.

Press the Information button (i) to print an information page, check the HP Instant Ink section for diagnostic results, and then follow the instructions on the page.

I have the exact same issue.  I moved my printer and had to unplug everything.  When I plugged back in, had numerous issues getting it to print, etc.
