Product: HP envy photosmart 7830
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi community, we had several cartridges working on our printer hp envy photosmart 7830... And the printer got updated on march with firmware 2010A... it seems that after this firmware update, none of our ink cartridges are working, and the only ones working are official HP cartridges.

- How can I enable to make my cartridgesd work again (wich all of them worked perfectly before the update)?
- Where I can download a previous version of the firmware, as it seems that this latest firmware has broken my printer?

This is a Dynamic Security enabled firmware, as clearly listed by your product specifications and the firmware description:

you cannot downgrade the firmware to a lower version, Non-HP Chips and modified or non-HP electronic circuitry will be rejected, please check with your supplier to ensure your cartridge has an original HP security chip or unmodified HP electronic circuitry:
