Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I’ve got an HP Officejet Pro 9015e and I only put in a Black Ink cartridge cause I don’t fancy having color on my documents but it won’t let me print anything !! Is there a way I can bypass this issue?

I see that you are facing issues with your printer. Do not worry, we are here to fix it.

 

May I know from when are you facing this issue?

Did you make any hardware or software-related changes to it?

May I know if you are able to print anything in black or are you able to make a copy?
