I have a new desk jet 4155e and I can’t tell if it didn’t come with ink cartridges or I just can’t find them inside the printer. Please help!

Hi @Lilcoaf ,

 

Please check the next video with the unboxing of a Deskjet Plus printer, the ink cartridges should be inside the printer box.

 

If the cartridges are missing then you should contact HP Support to request cartridge warranty.
