Die Photosmartsoftware lässt sich nicht installieren !

Woran kann das liegen ?

Das hat zwei Gründe:
a) der Drucker ist zu alt
b) für die Verbindung wird deines Druckers wird keine neue Unterstützung angeboten.
Sollten Refill Patronen hier im Spiel sein, dann wird der Drucker nicht mehr funktionieren!
Ich gebe keinen Support für Fremd-Produkte!

Deshalb muß du wie folgt vorgehen:

Nur für USB-Installation, nicht für WiFi und nicht für WLAN!

Deinstallieren Sie die HP Druckersoftware und entfernen Sie dann den Drucker aus der Geräteliste.
Deaktivieren Sie WLAN und WiFi!
Starten Sie den PC neu
Schließen Sie alle Programme
Laden Sie nur dieses Komplettpaket herunter: HP Photosmart Wireless All-in-One Printer series - B109 Full Feature Software and Driver
Dateiname: PS_AIO_06_B109n-z_USW_Full_Win_140_408-5.exe (148,5 MB)
Schließen Sie alle Programme
Starten Sie den PC neu
Öffnen Sie den Ausführungsbefehl mit der Tastenkombination "Windows-Taste + R" > im Ordner Downloads doppelklicken Sie auf die EXE, siehe oben
Achtung! Schließen Sie den Drucker erst an, wenn die Software Sie dazu auffordert!
Die Installation wurde erfolgreich abgeschlossen, nun müssen Sie ...
Starten Sie das System neu
Nun ist die Installation abgeschlossen.

Dokumentieren Sie Fehlermeldungen genau, noch besser ist es, einen Screenshot davon zu machen und hier hochzuladen.

There are two reasons for this:
a) the printer is too old
b) there is no new support for the connection of your printer.

Therefore you have to proceed as follows .

Only for USB installation, not for WiFi and not for WLAN!

1. Uninstall HP printer software, and then remove the printer from your Devices list. 
   Disable WLAN and WiFi!
2. Restart the PC
3. Close all programs
4. download only this complete package: HP Photosmart Wireless All-in-One Printer series - B109 Full Feature Software and Driver
   File name: PS_AIO_06_B109n-z_USW_Full_Win_140_408-5.exe (148.5 MB)
5. Close all programs
6. Restart the PC
7. Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo > in folder Downloads double-click on the EXE, see above
   Attention: Do not connect the printer until the software prompts you to do so!
8. The installation was completed successfully, now you must ...
9. Restart the System again
10. Now the installation is complete.

Document error messages accurately, even better is to take a screenshot of it and upload here.
