Installation problems

HP Recommended
Deskjet 2700
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi

 

Have tried to install my new Deskjet 2700 today. Having followed the installation instructions I am trying to connect to HP Cloud Services to complete set up. However after clicking 'sign in', the app freezes (using laptop). It runs slow right throughout the process.

 

I am also unable to add the printer during the setup process. It can neither be found automatically nor manually. I can however print to it from my smartphone, which has set up correctly.

 

Please help.
