Welcome to our HP User Forum!
The driver for your HP PSC 1210xi All-In-One Printer was included/integrated in Windows 7. Since your PC runs on Windows 10, it doesn't have the driver for this legacy printer.
So, I would try the "HP Print and Scan Doctor" utility to install your printer: https://support.hp.com/us-en/help/printscandoctor?jumpid=ex_r4155/hho/ipg/ccdoc/trailhead_doc.
This should hopefully install your printer.
