Instant InkFree Trial

Hi I have just been setting up my new printer however during setup whilst trying to set up instant ink and claim my free trial the printer went into an error state so I couldn’t complete setup by printing a trial page. Therefore I went back on the setup process and assumed I could set up the instant ink 4 month trial I was promised later however now i can’t find how to do this.
