Product: HP DeskJet 2132 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Bruce Springsteen gave me a crappy printer cable its the right one its just not the original from Hewlett-Packard.

 

I think thats why Microsoft scan app isnt working and generally wont print. I dont want to use HP Smart App, but it seems i may have to.  Oh well, hopefully ill br printing in the free world soon!

I see that you are facing an issue installing your printer on windows 11 Pro.

To understand the issue and help you, please share the details listed below:

 

- Is this the first time you are installing your printer on windows 11 pro PC?

- Error messages or Blinking lights (if any) on the unit.

- Are you planning to connect it via Wifi or USB cable?

- May I know which devices are you using to print eg: Windows PC, Mac, or Smartphone (Android or iPhone)?

 

Note: Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
