Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer is 10' feet away. Wifi works and is set up.  Internet is not always available, either via failures or security unhooks.  The printer did work before this (NOT)"Smart" upgrade.  It is also slow as frozen molasses.  Come on HP, roll back this bird brained upgrade to the way it was when everything worked like it was supposed to!

To assist you better, what model printer are you using?

Refer to this document to know how to find the Product Name or Product Number.

 

If you do not want to use the HP Smart app to print, you may use the full-feature printer driver which does not require you to create an account to print or scan.
