I recently changed my Verizon Jetpack and now can't print wireless.  It worked previously printing from a Windows 7 desktop and a Windows 10 laptop.  Now it doesn't work.  I tried reinstalling from the CD I had but it only supports Windows XP and Vista.  I tried downloading an updated driver and it looks like it is trying to install but then I get an error message that the computer does not have USB support or hardware (of course it does).  I also tried using the HP Print and Scan Doctor but it stops responding as soon as I connect the USB cable between the printer and computer.  I have spent hours on the phone with Verizon (the Jetpack), Dell (the computer) and HP (the printer) with no luck.  Each blames the other.  Is there a CD available to connect the printer to a Windows 7 and/or Windows 10 system.  Or a PIN number for the HP printer.  It appears to be 4 numbers a dash and then 4 more numbers and looks like that can be entered into the Jetpack to MAYBE connect that way.

Thanks for any help.

Hi,

Please reinstall the HP Software downloaded from HP site by following below steps:

Click the Start button and type %temp% into the search bar, then open the shown Temp folder.

Open the latest HP installation folder which begins with 7z (e.g. 7zs1234)
Open the Setup folder.
Locate the usbready.exe file and rename it into usbready.old.exe
Browse back to the main extraction folder (the folders who starts with 7z) and launch the Setup.exe file.

Now follow the installation and check for any difference.

I sent this request a while back and followed your instructions and it worked perfectly.  Suddenly this morning when I tried to print something it was not connecting to the jetpack again.  I pulled up this and followed the instructions again, but it is still not working.  It first told me that the printer software was already installed and would only allow me to install additional software or another printer.  I tried installing another printer but it kept saying it could not find the wireless network.
