Hi there - is this phone number - - a fake technical support number and scam of HP ? They have just remotely accessed my computer ! I have an in warranty printer from HP and needed technical support and found that phone number on a Bing search engine ! I need confirmation and guidance please !

I would say it is not a HP support number because when I google it, the same number shows up for several companies printer support.
What I suggest you do is to call the actual HP support number in the UK found at the link below.
https://www8.hp.com/uk/en/contact-hp/phone-assist.html
Call the number listed under the Printing Products for Home section...
