HP LASER JET 600 M601

I need help setting up the Laser printer to print preprinted claim forms.

The printer needs to move 2 lines up and 1 character to the right to print  claim forms (preprinted) .

One thing that we have done in the past to assist customers is to use the image shift function in printer properties. Once you have the settings and alignment you like you can create a Printing Shortcut with those settings

The settings are under the effects tab (HP UPD 7.0.1 driver used for this example)

Printing shortcuts have their own Tab, after changing any settings you need to, go to save as and give it name the user can remember. The labels 2 shortcut is one I use on address labels to center the text properly.
