Hi.  I'm in the same boat of having an errant admin pw set up when trying to set up the printer.  Now, I'm locked out of enabling any of the functions and need to FULLY reset the printer.  I've seen directions on the 3600 series (hold Resume while turning on) but that doesn't seem to do anything to clear out the pw information from the app or the Win app. I've 'forgotten' the printer everywhere 4 times and it sill always just comes back up demanding a password.  I only used one pw during the setup, but, despite haveing to do a twice-entry verification, the printer and I seem to be at odds about what it could be.

 

Plz halp.
