HP Recommended

Unfortunately, I have forgotten the password for my HP Deskjet to access the EWS. Despite reinstalling HP SMART several times and completely uninstalling the printer software and drivers, I get the following message when accessing the EWS

 

Log in to the HP Deskjet Series 3630

 

A user-specific password has been set for your printer ...

 

How can I reset the password or completely reset the printer to factory settings?
