Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

found the solution for similar issue 

None working Downlod HP_M1130_M1210_MFP_Full_Solution-v20180815-10158769 

then "extraction failed" 

 Using the suggested "Click the Start button and type %temp% into the search bar, then open the shown Temp folder." is NOT FINDING  DI EXPECTED FOLDER.

nEVER HAD ISSUE WITH WIN 7.

any idea to fix this crappy installation app?
