Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro M255dw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just bought a M255dw color laser printer. It was an open box from Ebay. It seems to be in good condition. I was able to install the driver and print from it. But the color is not aligned. I can't access the tools because the display will not come on. Is there anything I can do to fix this? Should I return it?
