I had a printer IP'd static that was communicating fine until it complained to replace the cartridges. (M454dn) after about 1 month of use. Now I lost communication to it and I also do not have the network settings option when I enter the setup menu.
Is my printer fried??!!
I did a factory reset on the printer as well and I still do not have the network settings option.
