Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

At some point last week I attempted to upgrade the firmware to encounter the 'Ready 2 Download. fw corrupt' error. I have tried numerous time to reset, i.e. power down, power up and holding my thumb over the lower right corner. That does not do anything. I have downloaded and installed 1. the latest firmware, 2. the full WebPack installer and 3. HP Doctor. None of which can fix the problem since they are not seeing the printer. I have looked into device manager and my printer is not being discovered. I have tried to connect via USB and ethernet.....nothing is working.

This a problem because it is a home office printer my wife and I rely on for work. Any guidance is appreciated.

........I am looking at you HP Support.

I tired your solution numerous times. I never get to to init portion. I go straight back to the fw corrupt error.
