Hello

 

My MFP m177 is always showing the Paper Jam problem. I've opened everything, unplugged the cable for 15 minutes and restarted. The message is still here.

Could you please help me ?

I see that you are getting false paper jam error your HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M177 printer.


Please follow the steps in this document.
