MY HP OfficeJet 5255 Is showing ERROR CODE 0XC4EB8004 HW_MICCI2_V12

I tried doing the moving of the cartridges but they are stuck on the right side and won't move

@Ernie17, Welcome to HP Support Community!

 

The printer is experiencing the carriage jam. I'd suggest you follow the steps from the document 'Carriage Jam' or 'E3' Error Displays to isolate and resolve the issue.

 

Also, Update the printer firmware

Download available firmware updates from the HP website

With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer. Look for and install any available firmware updates. Refer to the document HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
