I was gifted an HP Deskjet Plus 4140 and the SETUP ink cartridges are not in the box. What can I do to get my printer going?

If the printer was new when you got it, you should have the ink in the box. If not, contact the place where it was bought. 🙂 

If its a used printer, then the ink cartridges will be more expensive than buying a new printer that has the ink with it.
