HI,
I moved the UK and printer needs to have the reset code in order to identify the ink cartridge what I buy here. But how can I get the reset code for my printer HP 4520? Is there any email of HP CS that I can send to? I can find any assistance on the webpage.
Thanks
Inzaghi

Hello Inzaghiy9,
If you have run out of ink, you have probably discovered that your printer will not accept the brand new print cartridges you purchased in the new country. You are not alone in experiencing this. There are 1000+ threads about this issue!
There is only one way to resolve this issue.
Contact HP Support and ask for help in resetting the regionalization of your printer .
Authoring a thread about the issue will result in one of us assisting you to get in contact with an HP Support team member who can help.
There have been literally thousands of posts threads and posts from HP Printer owners who have run into this issue. It is truly frustrating if it happens at a time when you really need your printer for an important document.
If you have managed to find the special keystrokes online which are meant to enter a menu which allows input of a regionalization reset code...Don't make any entries in the regionalization reset menu without an HP Support agent on the phone with you!
If you input three wrong entries with out a code specifically supplied by an HP Support team member, your printer may never print again. The codes also cannot be reused!
