Multiple copies not needed

Hey everyone,

Problem Statement: We need to stop multiple prints from the printer.

Solution that I found: Enable Mopier in printer properties.

Printer Details: HP lazerjet 1020

My question is, I cannot find the Mopier option in the printer properties. Since it is one of the prior work. It would be really helpful if i get the solution asap.

From which app do you print?

We are using a php web application

How is printing done?
Is a window opened where you can select the printer or ... ?
Can presets be changed here?

Yes, print preview will be opened before printing.

This is a temple application, when they bill instead of having one bill if they generate 5 then it will be. A scam. 

So wanted to disable the number of copies in the print preview which will restrict them to have only one print at tht time

Do you have the necessary permission for this?
To change the value to 1?

Mopier is the mode in hp lazerjet 1020. where number of copies can be controlled. 

FYI: We are not using MOPRIA software
