Product: Asus UX305C
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My DJ2630 wireless printer indicates it is online, the HP Smart App says "ready" but when I try to print from my computer it says "Offline".  This keeps happening off and on.  Help!

Hi,

 

Please try the steps in the link below:-

All the steps are important, however the most important is assigning Static IP to the printer.

 

Let me know if you need further assistance on the same.
