Over the weekend, my printer got unplugged by accident. When I plugged it back in yesterday, the display never moved past the Boot-up screen and it's been stuck there ever since. I tried unplugging it again, but notching changed when I plugged it back in. The HP app on my laptop is blank.

Leave the printer unplugged for a couple of hours and then plug it in.

If the issue persists, unplug the power cable, press and hold the power button down for 10 seconds and release it

Try to power on the printer.

If the printer is still stuck on the initialization screen, please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

Thank You! It didn't take a couple of hours. Just unplugging it for a few minutes did the trick. The funny thing is that unplugging the printer by accident (while it was idle) seems to have caused the problem in the first place.
