Product: HP ENVY 6455e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Prints two copies, even though print setting is at one.  Have searched every setting to find the reason to no avail.

Thanks for the response, but this link appears to be correcting garbled print jobs and not duplicate prints?
