Hi @Pietro-Ginevra,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand your HP ENVY Photo 7134 printer is stuck on the startup screen and not responding, you can try the following troubleshooting steps:
Power Cycle the Printer:
- Turn off the printer.
- Unplug it from the power source.
- Wait for about 30 seconds.
- Plug the printer back in and turn it on.
Check for Paper Jams:
- Open all the printer doors and check for any paper jams or obstructions. Remove any stuck paper carefully.
Reset the Printer:
- While the printer is turned on, press and hold the Cancel and Resume buttons simultaneously for about 10 seconds. Release the buttons and see if the printer restarts.
Check for Firmware Updates: Update the firmware on an HP printer
- Visit the HP Support website and download the latest firmware for your printer model. Sometimes updating the firmware can resolve startup issues.
Factory Reset (if possible):
- If the printer allows access to the settings menu, navigate to the settings and look for an option to perform a factory reset.
Inspect Printer Connections:
- Ensure that all cables (power and data) are securely connected. If you're using a wireless connection, verify that the printer is properly connected to your network.
Try a Different Power Outlet:
- Plug the printer into a different power outlet to rule out issues with the current outlet.
