My HP Envy Photo 7855 won't complete the bootup sequence.

Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

When I turn the printer on, the bootup begins but does not complete.  The blue bar goes across the screen and the first blue button is highlight but then the bootup doesn't go any further.  I have tried the instructions for unplugging and turning it off then back on but it just keeps doing the same thing.  I have also tried removing the ink cartridges but nothing changes.  Help!!!?
