HP Deskjet 3755
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My deskjet isn’t printing properly, whenever I try to print a document it comes out blank unless I print through HP smart, but then it’ll print out faded and not in the proper color. I don’t think it’s my cartridges because I use HP cartridges and it’s not low on ink. Cleaning ink heads and aligning them does not help either. Thanks.

Hi @Jalp5105 ,

Welcome to the HP Support-Community.

Actually, I do think that there is a problem with at least on iink cartridge.

Can you please upload an affected picture here to the community? It would help us to identify the problem. 🙂

Thanks!

Cheers!

Nils

Hi,

Thanks for the picture!

I think the black cartridge is faulty.

Please do this steps:

Take a handkerchief and the black cartridge. Now press the cartridge like a stamp on the handkerchief for about 2-3 seconds. You should see a strong, black strip. Is that so?
If there is no or very little ink on the handkerchief, moisten the handkerchief slightly and press the cartridge again, this time for about 30 seconds on it, until more ink comes out.
Afterwards, re-insert the cartridge and run a cartridge clean, if necessary.

What is the result?

Let me know how it turns out!😊

Cheers!

Nils
