Product: HP office jet pro 9010

My HP printer died and I foolishly purchased another HP product. I have a brand new HP OfficeJet pro 9010. I am not technologically inapt, but this piece of crap will not complete set up and when I try to proceed and give it the serial number it says it’s serial number is for an expired piece of equipment where the hell are the humans that work for HP who are supposed to provide tech-support? How does one reach them, if I can’t resolve this in the next 40 minutes, this is going in the box and back to the store and I will buy an Epson
