My HP4620 printer wont print black or yellow once i replaced the cartridges,

HP4620

my HP4620 printer wont print.  I replaced the cartriges today and now it wont print black or yellow on the alignment page.  Once i tried to print no black will print or yellow.  I updated the firmware.  What could be the issue?

I see that you're experiencing the print quality issues on the printer, this can be an issue with the printer ink system or the ink cartridges.

 

I'd suggest you follow the steps from the document Black Ink Not Printing and other Print Quality Issues to isolate and resolve the issue.
