Displays the message printer failure 0×61000072. There is aproblem with the printer or ink system.Turn the printer off ,then on .if you continue to get this message contact Hp

But I have turned the printer on and off many times  even reinserting the ink cartridges but it has failed still it shows the above message 

What can I do now??

If you have already performed the steps from the document Ink cartridge errors: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04100778  and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
