Printer not used for several months,

New wifi provider.

Printer display stalls at HP opening display.

Tried 3 reset types on these forums already, several times each. 

Are thre other reset options?

Thanks for reaching out to the HP Support community!

  • Is the printer connected to the new WiFi network? WiFi light on the printer, is that solid or blinking?
  • Are the printer cartridges/carriage moving when you open the cartridge access door?

 

If the printer was already connected to the WiFi, try these steps:

  • Turn off the WiFi Router
  • Unplug the printer's power cord from the back(while the router is off), wait for 60 seconds and re-connect it.
  • Power on the printer, make sure the printer is connected to a direct wall outlet.
  • Check if the printer comes back to the regular home screen
  • Then, turn on the WiFi router
  • Try to print/copy from the printer
